Overview

Rapid Piling delivered the full piling and reinforced concrete ground beam package for Batty Developments on a new build residential estate in Bradford. The scheme consisted of 16 detached dwellings and formed part of a wider £6,000,000 development.

The works included 220mm driven piles, reinforced concrete ground beams, shuttering and concrete installation. Rapid Piling also handled the structural engineer details, helping provide a coordinated package from design through to site delivery.

The piling package value was approximately £150,000 and the works were completed within an 8-week programme.
